Brandon Perkins is a native Tulsan and second-generation developer.  Initially, Brandon started his career with his own building company, Brandon Homes. He later joined in his father’s business, Lindsay Perkins Development, learning and working for over 15 years and serving as Vice President. Brandon and Lindsay developed some of Tulsa’s premier neighborhoods including The Estates of Graystone, Devonshire, The Crescent, Legacy Park, The Park at Oak Grove, The Vintage at Verdigris, and The Preservation District.

Brandon is an active member and Past-President of The Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa. His service includes serving on the Board of Directors and numerous committees - including the Home and Garden Show, Parade of Homes, and Public Relations committees. He is on the Board of Directors and will serve as President for the Oklahoma State Home Builders Association in 2012. Brandon is also active in the National Association of Home Builders as he serves on the Land Developers Committee, Environmental Issues Committee, and the Board of Directors.
Seeking to make the earth a better place to live, Brandon has been a member of the National Arbor Day Foundation since 1996 and he has donated over 1,000 Blue Spruce trees to be planted around the Tulsa metro area. Brandon was the first Oklahoman to receive the Certified Green Professional designation from the National Association of Home Builders. He currently is on the executive committee for the Millennium Center, a $7.4  Million zero energy demonstration building that will be given to Tulsa to educate the public about green, sustainable, and disaster resistant living. Brandon received the annual Don McCarthy award from Tulsa Partners, Inc. given to those who promote a holistic view of sustainable living. In 2010 he was elected to serve as President of Sustainable Tulsa. Brandon and his wife Elizabeth reside in Tulsa. They are enjoying their children; son Phoenix and daughter Ella.

Clint Briggs was born and raised in Tulsa, a graduate of Cascia Hall.  Clint went on to Lehigh University (Pennsylvania) for the first two years studying engineering. He finished his college education at Oklahoma State University. Clint received one degree in industrial engineering as well as a second in economics.

Clint began his career with Manhattan Construction Company as a Project Engineer. He was involved with projects such as the Bank of Oklahoma Technology Center, the University of Tulsa Fitness Center and Cox Communications Broadcast Studio Center.  He has also been involved in a successful startup of a manufacturing company and a real estate investment company.

Clint joined forces in 2006 with lifelong friend Brandon Perkins, owner of Brandon Perkins Development.  Together they formed Perkins & Briggs Real Estate, developing two premier neighborhoods in South Broken Arrow: Southern Trails Estates and The Village at Southern Trails.

David Lindsay Perkins is a native Tulsan and residential land developer for 29 years.  A graduate of Edison High School and the University of Oklahoma, Lindsay served in the US Army as a second lieutenant and pilot including one year in Vietnam. 

Lindsay enjoyed a successful 25-year business partnership with Ed Schermerhorn; among their many developments were Sheridan Hills South, four phases of Southern Pointe, Country Lake Estates, Harvard Pointe, and Woodland Meadows. Combined, Lindsay’s involvements represent over 3000 building lots in Tulsa and surrounding communities and earned him the 1995 Builder of the Year Award.

Lindsay Perkins has been a respected leader in the Tulsa community, serving on church and other non-profit boards.  He also served as past president, vice president and secretary for both the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa and Oklahoma State Homes Builders Association.

Following Lindsay’s retirement in early 2006, Brandon Perkins Development was born, extending the legacy of the Perkins family by providing “celebrated homesites of lasting value" in the Tulsa area.


Anne Shotwell has lived in the Tulsa area for 30 years, originally from New Jersey.  Anne has been a part of Lindsay Perkins Development for the last 16 years, now also Brandon Perkins Development.  She previously worked as a Closer, Realtor Associate, Sales Manager, and worked for a custom home builder after taking courses in Interior Design.  Anne has been married to Tom for 38 years and has a son, Tommy, daughter Kimberly, and two granddaughters, Brianne and Madalynn.
