The goal of TimberLake Estates, Green Country's new 250-acre residential community of premium quality homes and home sites, is to provide you and your family the opportunity to enjoy a lifetime of exceptional living. Fresh, crisp, and peaceful; you'll enjoy the benefits of country living, and still be conveniently close to Stillwater, Tulsa, and some of Northeast Oklahoma's most historic towns such as Pawnee, Cleveland, Cushing, Ponca City, and Perry.
Every house plan is reviewed by TimberLake Estates Architectural Committee, and must be approved before construction of a home begins. Well conceived protective covenants are supported and enforced by the TimberLake Estates Homeowners Association. A mandatory homeowners association, house plan review, and strong protective covenants all combine to make you secure in knowing that all the elements are in place to assure you of the lasting value of your new home, one of life's biggest and most important investments.
While all of the home sites are estate sized, each has its own unique setting and appeal. Your preference may be a lot loaded with native trees, or one only a brief walk away from TimberLake Park. You could decide on the peacefulness of a home nestled on a hill overlooking the vastness of Green Country's woods and prairies. Several home sites have their own private lake. Extraordinary care was taken to make it easy for you to select that perfect site for your new home, and enjoy the lifestyle that you and your family prefer.
ParkSide at TimberLake Estates is Phase I of the development, with 26 lots available for new home construction in the summer of 2006. ParkSide, near the center of the community, conveniently contains an extensive family park that is reserved for the exclusive use of the residents and their guests. TimberLake Park contains 5+ acres of beauty and fun for the whole family. It features a well stocked fishing pond, a playground packed with exciting and healthy activities for children, family picnic areas with outdoor cooking facilities, and many other park amenities.
